Structural Assessments
We assess constructions using the following non-destructive methods:
Visual assessments:
- personal inspections within arm´s reach
- endoscopy
- automated survey with use of robots
- infrared thermography
Thickness measurements:
- ultrasonic wall thickness measurement
- magnetite measurement
- magneto-inductive reinforcement survey (imaging)
- layer thickness measurement
- spark broom testing
Crack detections:
- paint penetration testing
- magnetic powder testing
- crack loupe method
Assessments of condition:
- surveys
- on-the-spot chemical analysis
- spectral densitometric determination
- shore hardeness measurements
- rebound hammer tests
- force measurements
- measurements of electric and magnetic signals
Support of external consultancy in:
- radiographic inspections
- (quantitative) acoustic emission testing
- ultrasonic crack detection
- magnetic flux leakage inspection on cables
Additional destructive methods:
- core drilling
- tests for alcaline envoirnment
- pull-off testing
Visual assessments

- An automated inspection device allows inspectors to assess the complete cable surface within a very short time period.
Thickness measurements

- A technician implements magnetite thickness measurements in the superheater area of a boiler.
Crack detections

- Using the paint penetration method, cracks can be detected in pipe walls. Our access system helps to reach the inspection area within shortest time possible.
Assessments of condition

- Existing forces are documented to monitor the condition of the guying of a weather mast.
Support of external consultants

- We help to access inspection areas and support external consultants in their work.
Destructive methods

- Core sample were extracted to prepare the blasting of a 300 meter stack.
